Cover Letters

Before reading your resume, potential employers read your cover letter first.  Not only should these letters explain your interest in the position and summarized your qualificaitions, they should also reflect your character in some way.  Resumes are the barebones of your experiencel; cover leters are your opporuntunity to stand out as an applicant, especially if you are lacking professional experience.
